"Helping Hands Recovery has truly been a God sent! Through determination, Donna and her staff have continuously worked to seek better facilitation of groups, innovative therapies and fun activities to bring only efffectiveness to this wonderful program. I have found that my overall well being has been drastically improved because of their guidance and unconditional support."
"I've been going to Helping Hands for a while and without Helping Hands guiding me on my journey I would not be the woman I am today. They have an amazing staff who always can tell when somethings wrong and are able to help me find a solution that doesn't result in picking up a drink or a drug. I look forward to going and doing interactive groups. Donna and the staff have been nothing short of amazing. 10/10 recommend Helping Hands."
"Incredible! I am so happy to have found Donna's IOP, Helping Hands Recovery Center. As I was working full time, inpatient treatment was not an option for me. I was recommended to Helping Hands and felt comfort and welcomed instantly. I was struggling really bad with my depression at the time and could not put together any long term sobriety. The staff has really worked with me and have been by my side since. They set me up for success with not only my recvery from addiction but also my mental health, which I have dismissed most of my life. I am truly grateful for the hope and love I have recieved here."
"My name is Samantha and I was introduced to Helping Hands Recovery Center in 2016. Unfortunately I have not been sober all 3 years but that doesn't mean Donna or any of the other therapists have turned there back on me. Every week that I am there I receive more feedback and support than any other group of women that I know. No matter what your going through someone is always there to pick up the phone after hours or come to you if your in need. I feel the best part of Helping Hands is that the owner and therapists themselves are in recovery. No matter what you say or have done someone else has been there. The proudest moments I have is watching fellow women gain time in recovery. To watch their attitudes and actions change is nothing short of a miracle and that's all thanks to Donna and her team. Recently, my biggest hurtle was finding out I was pregnant. I went back and forth contemplating what I should do and all I heard was "Sam, we will be here for you no matter what" and they have. Come July 2019 my baby boy will have more aunts then I can count. I have crazy outbursts, daily hormonal changes but nothing has stopped these girls from lending a helping hand. I would encourage any female in recovery to come to Helping Hands for unconditional love and support. "
